Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ledgercap.dev, the LedgerCap API, and all associated services provided by AI Creations(ABN 24 545 074 491) ("we," "us," "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens, and for all activity that occurs under them. A token grants spending authority over the balance it can reach — treat it as a secret.

2. Description of Services

LedgerCap is a prepaid spend-cap and metering API for AI and agentic workloads. It lets you load prepaid credit, enforce hard spend limits, and meter usage in real time. The Services are provided to help you control spend; you remain responsible for the underlying third-party services you meter against and for the spend decisions you make using our results.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Services, including balances, ledger entries, and wallet configuration. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit this data solely to provide the Services.

4. Fair Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully. You must not compromise safety, incite harm, violate privacy, abuse the platform, or attempt to bypass security or rate-limiting measures. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that spend caps will be enforced without delay in all circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Creations is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including overspend, lost credit, or third-party charges — arising from your use of the Services.

6. Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be removed. We will attempt to contact you before closure.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts. We encourage you to contact support@ledgercap.dev first to resolve any issues informally.
